It starts with a meeting in person or by phone. We discuss the goals and vision for your project as well as what you tend to like or not like. We go into some details such as the project’s size and how it might be presented.

I help you get organized. Much time/money can be saved when clients are organized – this might include final text and the gathering of high res images. Once we get started I provide a draft PDF file and we build from there.

I respect the time and effort it takes for you to initially create your project.

My job is to understand what you want and bring that idea to fruition.

I spent my formative years in England. After graduating from Hornsey College of Art in London with a degree in art and design, I lived and worked as an illustrator in Mexico and Hawaii before settling in the San Francisco Bay Area, working as a freelance illustrator for major advertising agencies. Later I reconnected with graphic design working on a wide range of projects. My skills and experience as an illustrator and photographer provide a strong visual sensibility. Many years of painting have taught me flexibility and creative problem solving.

I am proficient in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator & Dreamweaver. I am comfortable updating and providing graphics for WordPress and social media.
